LazyPly is created by people with experience from customer- and service communications. In these professions, employees often find that a large quantity of emails and chats consists of repeating the same text again and again.

Some companies even use knowledge-bases, large collections of pre-written texts that can be copy-pasted into emails whenever needed. The problem is that this is an inefficient way to work. In order to do this, you need to navigate to the right document, scroll down to the relevant part, read through to make sure it is the right one, select the text and finally copy it. Our alternative: One (1) click.
That’s it. By pressing a single button, all the text is copied to your clipboard, ready to be pasted into the email or chat-conversation.

I addition, our system of separated sentiments allows for easier maintenance. If you for example need to update the contact information, you can do this in one place, instead of looking up every text where this information is included.

You can even import sentiments from one reply to another one, and use default sentiments at the beginning and end of all replies.

There is also a psychological side of this. People often feel bad about giving the customer an answer they didn’t want to hear. By reducing this process to a single click, it feels easier.

Finaly, this site offers some analytics-tools. You can see which replies and explanations you have used most often and there are also some suggestions of improvements.
